Long Island Per Diem is a per diem court-appearance service operated by The Frampton Firm, P.C., built specifically to support members of the New York State Bar who need dependable, professional “of counsel” coverage for scheduled court appearances. We help attorneys protect their calendars, reduce travel and waiting time, and maintain continuity for their clients—without sacrificing professionalism in the courtroom.

What We Do

We provide coverage counsel for court appearances on an of-counsel basis for attorneys of record, including conferences and calendar calls, with clear communication and prompt follow-up. Our focus is reliability: confirming scope and authority in advance, appearing prepared, and reporting back in a way that makes it easy for you to take the next steps immediately.

Where We Cover

Our practice is based on Long Island, with strong day-to-day familiarity in Suffolk County. We also coordinate coverage in Nassau County and the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island) through a limited, vetted roster of experienced litigators.

How It Works

Simple Pricing

Simple, Transparent Fees

We keep pricing straightforward and predictable.

For most Suffolk County Supreme Court conference, our flat fee is:

$150 — including Preliminary Conferences, Compliance Conferences, Certification Conferences, Pre-Trial Conferences, Foreclosure Conferences, mandatory ADRs, and Calendar Calls.

That rate is designed to make it easy to outsource routine appearances without spending half a day traveling and waiting—while still knowing the appearance will be handled professionally and in accordance with your instructions. *This rate applies to Suffolk Supreme Court conference-type appearances; Nassau/NYC and non-conference matters may vary, and will be quoted on request.
